MEET OUR TEAM
Josh LaFrance
Owner Josh LaFrance has 15 years in residential and commercial construction management experience. Josh lives in Redding with his wife April and two children. When he’s not working at WoodStone, Josh enjoys fly fishing and rock climbing.
Matt McQuoid
Project Manager, Matt McQuoid brings 20 years of experience in managing construction projects from start to finish with excellent customer satisfaction. Matt enjoys time with his wife Tami and their four children as well as serving through their local church in counseling young couples towards building healthy relationships.

Chris Hageman
Chris is a proficient leader and skilled carpenter with an expertise in framing. He also has a well rounded skill set in residential remodeling. He’s in love with his wife Sara and enjoys surfing whenever he can get to the coast.
Justin Gingerich
Justin brings years of experience in residential building from the state of Colorado. He is also an avid outdoorsman who loves snowboarding, rockclimbing and backpacking. Justin is happily married to his wife Kristy.

Paul McClure
Paul brings a wide range of construction skills to the team. He has a great reputation for excellent work ethic and some southern charm too. Paul is also a talented musician and sings alongside his beautiful wife Hannah.
Joshua Read
Joshua is an excellent painter and general laborer on our team. He’s not only skilled at painting houses but also has a degree in fine arts and pursues his talents for painting on canvas. Joshua is currently studying ministry part-time as well.
Shane Mannon
Shane is originally from the great state of Texas but has chosen to make his home in Redding. Shane is known for working hard and having a great attitude on every project. He is a highly valuable part of our team. Shane recently married his beautiful wife Wendee, on January 26th, 2013.
Jordan Weathersbee
Jordan is a lead carpenter and a highly skilled painter who adds a lot of strength to WoodStone’s team. His experience includes working on multi-million dollar homes. Jordan is also passionate about building a strong family with his much loved wife Bethany & their young children.
Lisa Kraetsch
Lisa is the office manager at WoodStone Construction. She brings excellence in the areas of organization, communication and bookkeeping. She and her husband Mike are very close with their 3 children.
April LaFrance
April manages the marketing and accounting at WoodStone. April also co-owns WeStageIt, a Redding based house staging company where their goals are raising a home’s value and helping houses sell faster. April has a history in real estate investment and sits on the board of directors for multiple businesses and non-profits.
